Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Hotel Bookings Manager to oversee and manage all booking operations for our hotel and homestay properties. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel reservations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage online booking platforms efficiently while ensuring excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all hotel and homestay reservations.
- Handle bookings from multiple platforms such as OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct calls, and walk-ins.
- Monitor room availability and update inventory across booking platforms.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and special requirements.
- Manage pricing, seasonal offers, and occupancy strategies to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily/weekly reservation reports.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in hotel reservations, booking management, or hospitality operations.
- Experience working with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or homestay management.
- Knowledge of revenue management and online booking optimization.
