We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven F&B Sales Executive to identify and onboard restaurants, cafes, other food & beverage businesses for Adze Studio's digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry.
Conduct regular field visits to restaurants, cafes, establishments to introduce Adze Studio's services.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements and present digital marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and client interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the F&B sector.
Support payment follow-ups and client retention initiatives when required.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing Sales.
Experience in the F&B, restaurant, or digital marketing industry is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with extensive field visits and client meetings.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Bengaluru preferred.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
