Job Opening: Telecalling Executive (Inbound Calls)
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle patient inquiries and appointment coordination.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound telecalling, customer service, or a healthcare support role.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Pleasant phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage appointment schedules.
- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound calls from patients and respond to their inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about the clinic's services, doctors, and procedures.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details.
- Follow up on missed calls and appointment confirmations when required.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through courteous and efficient communication.

Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inbound telecalling or patient coordination.
