Job Description:
- Lead and execute B2B sales strategies for industrial fabric portfolio in the assigned market.
- Proactively expand market presence and build a strong, self-owned network of strategic B2B clients (brands, manufacturers, distributors, OEM/ODM partners).
- Personally negotiate and close high-value, long-term commercial contracts.
- Act as a key bridge between the market and internal teams (production, R&D, logistics) to deliver optimized solutions for clients.
- Analyze industry trends, customer demands, and competitive landscapes to drive sustainable growth strategies.
- Represent the company at major international textile exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Take full ownership of revenue, market share, and overall business performance in the assigned region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales of industrial fabrics or textile materials.
- Strong, established international client network with the ability to generate tangible results.
- Solid understanding of the global textile supply chain and international trade.
- Strategic mindset, high level of ownership, and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
