ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Trainer who can help students improve their English speaking, communication, and overall language proficiency. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions focused on Spoken English, Interview Preparation, Personality Development, and English Exam Preparation such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and other competitive or professional language assessments.
The candidate should be able to guide students in:
· Spoken English and fluency improvement
· Grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
· Public speaking and communication skills
· Interview preparation and mock interview sessions
· Resume introduction and professional communication
· English language exam preparation and practice
· Confidence building and personality enhancement
Requirements:
· Excellent command over spoken and written English
· Prior teaching/training experience preferred
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Ability to handle both online and offline batches
· Student-focused and interactive teaching approach
The trainer should be enthusiastic, patient, and capable of motivating students to achieve their academic, professional, and personal communication goals.
Payout:
1. Until 5 students in a batch Rs. 300/- per hour
2. Until 6-7 students in a batch Rs. 400 /- per hour
3. 8 & above students in a batch Rs. 500 /- per hour
4. Live Demo Payout (for 1on1): Rs. 200/- per conversion
5. Live Demo Payout (for batch): Rs. 200/- per conversion
6. One on one classes: 280/- per hour,

Work Schedule:
- Flexible; classes scheduled based on trainer availability and student time zones.
- May include evening and weekend sessions.
