Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Services Sales and International Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value software development projects.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to sell technology solutions to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other B2B platforms.
- Identify and acquire new clients across international markets, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery calls to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Promote GoForSys services, including:
- Custom Software Development
- SaaS Product Development
- AI & Machine Learning Solutions
- Generative AI & AI Agents
- Cloud & DevOps Services
- Web & Mobile Application Development
- UI/UX Design
- Product Engineering
- Digital Marketing Solutions
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, project estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales within an IT Services company (Mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in international client acquisition and software services sales.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Upwork
- Cold Email Campaigns
- Online Bidding Platforms
- Lead Generation Tools
- Strong understanding of software development services, AI technologies, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in proposal writing, pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
- Understanding of AI, Cloud, SaaS, DevOps, and modern software development technologies.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
