Prepare detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, elevations,
and sections.Develop working drawings, construction details, and shop
drawings as per project requirements.Ensure all drawings comply with
relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Coordinate with architects,
engineers, and site teams to update drawings according to
revisions.Create interior design concepts, mood boards, and space
planning layouts.Select materials, finishes, color schemes
Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and design
presentations.The ideal candidate should have a professional degree in
architecture, extensive experience in design and project management,
and a strong portfolio of completed projects. Strong communication, ,
and problem-solving skills are also essential.
