Experience: 1–5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹3 LPA Performance Incentives + Travel & Field Allowances
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, colleges, and coaching institutes in the assigned region.
- Conduct student awareness sessions and presentations.
- Generate leads and drive NAT applications.
- Build relationships with educational institutions and partners.
- Execute on-ground promotional activities to increase awareness and student engagement.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Counselling, or Student Outreach.
- Strong communication skills in Marathi and basic English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra for field visits.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Laptop is mandatory.
