Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Site Engineer with 0–1 year of experience to join our Interior Fit-Out projects team. The candidate will assist in execution and coordination of commercial interior projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works as per drawings and project schedule.
- Supervise site activities including civil, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, painting and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams for smooth site progress.
- Monitor manpower deployment and support site productivity.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Support in site measurements, material tracking and quantity verification.
- Coordinate with MEP and design teams for resolving site-level issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to reporting manager.
- Assist in checking billing quantities and supporting project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of activities within project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience or fresher with internship exposure in interior fit-outs/construction can apply.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials and execution processes.
- Understanding of drawings and site coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and willingness to work at project sites.
