Klyvenra Ltd (A Nishtha Group Company) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead and expand our marketing and financial advisor network. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, team management experience, and a proven track record in developing advisor or agent networks within the financial services industry.
This role requires a growth-oriented professional who can drive business expansion, manage teams effectively, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing marketing team
- Develop and expand Financial Advisor / Partner networks
- Drive regional business growth and market expansion
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies
- Train and mentor team members for improved performance
- Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
- Monitor team performance and achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Ensure smooth coordination between advisors and company operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or financial services
- Experience in advisor/agent network development preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Financial Products is an advantage
- Graduate degree preferred
