Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, last drawn salary, and market standards)
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding professional courses such as US Accounting, CMA, CPA, and related programs.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Provide accurate information on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Maintain records of student interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience handling calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of CMA, CPA, US Accounting, or similar professional certification programs.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- 2–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling/Admission Counselling.
- Prior experience in EdTech or professional education counseling preferred.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in US Accounting, CMA, CPA counseling and admissions. Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
