Instagram Marketing Executive / Specialist (6 Months - 1 Year Exp)
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and data-driven Instagram Specialist to independently manage and grow our brand's presence on Instagram. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, know how to engage an audience, and have a proven track record of independently handling Instagram business accounts for at least 6 months to 1 year, we want to hear from you!
You will have full ownership of our Instagram strategy, from content creation and copywriting to community engagement and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Account Management: Independently manage the daily operations of our Instagram page (Grid, Stories, Reels, and Highlights).
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics, shoot/edit engaging Reels, and write compelling, error-free captions that align with our brand voice.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs promptly, and build strong relationships with our online community.
- Growth & Trends: Stay ahead of the latest Instagram features, algorithm changes, trending audio, and viral formats to maximize organic reach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach) and provide basic weekly/monthly insights on what is working.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on, independent experience managing Instagram business/creator accounts (Agency or brand background is a plus).
- Tools: Proficiency with design tools like Canva (or Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or VN).
- Skills: Strong understanding of Instagram aesthetics, hashtags, SEO, and Reels trends.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for writing catchy hooks and captions.
- Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
