Role Overview:
The Senior Captain will be responsible for overseeing restaurant floor operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing the service team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B service operations
- Lead and manage stewards/runners during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Take and monitor orders for accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service flow
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards
- Train new staff and monitor team performance
- Prepare daily reports and assist in inventory control
- Ensure proper table setup and service etiquette
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant/café/hotel)
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
