We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, expertise in accounting software, and the ability to manage financial records accurately.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of ledgers.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities during audits and compliance activities.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, payroll, and expense reports.
- Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, ERP software, and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
