Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Paid Media: Design, implement, and manage paid lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and LinkedIn.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, landing pages, and property listings to improve organic search rankings and drive inbound traffic.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our social media presence. Create engaging, platform-specific content (including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts) showcasing properties, market trends, and client testimonials.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Develop and execute automated email nurture sequences and SMS campaigns to keep prospective buyers engaged throughout their long decision-making cycle.
- Website & Landing Page Optimization: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to specific property launches or target demographics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, CRM data, and ad managers. Make data-driven pivots to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality is high and that the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is seamlessly capturing and routing digital leads.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
