Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer – Automation with strong expertise in Selenium Automation Testing and hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for validating Salesforce applications and ensuring quality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for web-based applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce applications, workflows, and Lightning components.
- Handle Salesforce Lightning DOM and dynamic web elements efficiently.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Perform API testing and backend validation where required.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain test reports, defect logs, and automation execution results.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Good programming knowledge in Java or Python.
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning UI and DOM handling.
- Knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data models.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
- Exposure to Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce projects.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA or ALM.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments is an added advantage.
