- Resort Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
* Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance and Security teams.
* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain the highest service standards.
* Monitor room inventory, occupancy, revenue and operating costs.
* Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate departmental staff.
* Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
* Coordinate with travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.
* Maintain online reputation and guest review scores.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety and hygiene standards.
* Prepare daily operational reports and submit performance updates to management.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
* At least 2 years in a managerial role in a reputed 3-star, 4-star or luxury property.
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with hotel PMS software and OTA platforms is preferred.
* Willingness to relocate and reside at the resort.
