Qualification : Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline. Candidate should be well versed in Computer and knowledge of English and Marathi Typing.

Experience : 3 to 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates who is working in Educational Institute.

Job Description :

Perform routine clerical duties in support of the administrative office.

Communicate and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other staff.

To open and maintain service book/new file(s)-note-book(s), do copying work/rubber stamping and to attend to all types of administrative/clerical work.

To maintain different registers, forms etc .

Communicate and Visit various government Offices.

Assist in preparing inter office memos and drafting emails.

Maintain the office filing system, Inward & Outward section.

Perform general office duties, including scanning, filing etc.

responsibilities assigned by the higher officers from time to time.

Good Written and Oral Communication and ability to do multi task work.
