Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Academic Counsellor for our client. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the education sector, with strong counselling, relationship management, and communication skills. This role involves meeting school management, understanding their academic requirements, presenting educational programmes, and building long-term partnerships. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to schools across Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and educational institutions to present and promote academic programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Academic Coordinators, Teachers, and School Management.
- Counsel students, parents, and educators on academic programmes and learning solutions.
- Understand the academic needs of schools and recommend suitable programmes.
- Conduct presentations, orientation sessions, workshops, and counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to ensure successful programme implementation.
- Follow up with schools and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain records of school visits, meetings, counselling sessions, and programme progress.
- Share market insights and feedback with the management team to support programme improvements.
Candidate ProfileQualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, School Coordination, Student Counselling, or Educational Programme Management.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or EdTech organizations.
- Good understanding of school operations and academic environments.
- Experience interacting with Principals, Academic Coordinators, Teachers, and parents.
- Ability to conduct presentations and counselling sessions confidently.
