Production Supervisor – Job Description (2+ Years Experience)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production operations
JD (5 Lines):
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, productivity, quality, and shift performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP/5S, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and planning teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, control wastage, and ensure discipline on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
