Senior Software Engineer – Web Frontend (React.js | Next.js)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who loves building world-class consumer web experiences from the ground up. This is a coding-first Individual Contributor role where you'll design, develop, and optimize high-scale, customer-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies.
You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create fast, intuitive, and conversion-focused user journeys while taking complete ownership of the frontend architecture and code quality.
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable, production-grade web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Develop customer-facing features such as onboarding, search, listings, checkout journeys, and notifications.
- Optimize web applications for speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate ideas into pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Drive engineering best practices through testing, code reviews, and reusable component architecture.
Required:
- 3–6 years of frontend development experience in B2C/D2C product companies.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience building consumer-facing web products serving large base of Daily Active Users.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, responsive UI, and state management.
- Comfortable solving coding problems, building applications from scratch, and owning features end-to-end.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.

- Immediate to 15-day notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
