We are looking for a courteous, organized, and patient-focused Receptionist & Patient Care Executive to manage front-desk operations, attend patient calls, schedule appointments, and resolve patient queries efficiently. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Register new patients and update patient records.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up visits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Call Handling & Appointment Management
- Attend incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, doctors, consultation timings, and procedures.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Make reminder calls for appointments, investigations, and follow-up visits.
- Respond to patient inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Patient Query Resolution
- Address patient concerns and queries politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve patient issues.
- Escalate complex complaints or concerns to the appropriate authority.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved patient requests.
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain patient records and clinic databases accurately.
- Collect and record patient feedback.
- Assist with billing coordination and payment collection when required.
- Prepare daily appointment and patient visit reports.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
