We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling customer experience for a clothing or fashion brand and must be comfortable working during US hours.
This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and experience managing international customer interactions across email, chat, and calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage overall customer support operations
- Ensure smooth customer experience across all communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and order-related issues efficiently
- Manage and guide customer support representatives
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and response quality
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain brand reputation
- Monitor KPIs, response time, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service/customer experience for a clothing or fashion brand
- Experience handling international customers is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shift / US timings
- Leadership and team management experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations professionally
- Work From Office role based in Mohali
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM tools
- Experience working with US-based or international clothing brands
- Understanding of eCommerce customer journey and order management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
