Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to attract and recruit qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer letter preparation, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Required Skills

- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Preferred Experience
- Experience hiring for technical, non-technical, or volume recruitment roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
