Job Description
We are seeking a talented 3ds Max Visualizer to create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations and realistic renders. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, with a good understanding of architectural design principles.
You will be responsible for turning 2D drawings and architectural concepts into visually compelling 3D presentations for clients, real estate marketing, and design approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models using Autodesk 3ds Max
- Develop high-quality architectural renders and walkthroughs
- Work with CAD/Revit drawings and convert them into 3D scenes
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and post-processing for realistic output
- Produce interior and exterior visualization projects
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams
- Ensure accuracy, realism, and design intent in all outputs
- Optimize scenes for rendering performance
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max
- Good knowledge of rendering engines ( Corona preferred)
- Understanding of lighting, composition, and materials
- Ability to read architectural drawings (AutoCAD files)
- Strong sense of design, scale, and aesthetics
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production
Preferred Skills
- Experience in architectural visualization (ArchViz)
- Knowledge of Autodesk and CAD workflows
- Experience in walkthrough animations
- Knowledge of real-time engines like Unreal Engine is a plus
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in 3D visualization / architectural rendering
