We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Experience in IT recruitment will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and employee induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Support HR operations, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Handle employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Assist in HR reporting and MIS preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring and HR support.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
