Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle membership enquiries, gym tours, and follow up with prospective members.
- Manage member registrations, renewals, and payments.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate member records.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support marketing initiatives, member engagement activities, and events when required.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or fitness is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
