Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Security & Hardware Support Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage the company’s IT hardware, installations, repairs, maintenance, networking, and basic IT security requirements. The candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and capable of resolving hardware and IT issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Install and configure computers, printers, operating systems, software, and other IT devices.
- Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, power supplies, cables, and other parts.
- Install and maintain basic LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Maintain IT asset, repair, replacement, and warranty records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service centres for major repairs and installations.
- Maintain antivirus, security updates, access controls, and basic data backup procedures.
- Monitor systems for unauthorized access and potential security concerns.
- Ensure company IT equipment and systems remain secure and operational.
- Maintain adequate IT spare parts and equipment inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on IT issues, repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and IT credentials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware, technical support, or IT security.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Good understanding of networking and basic IT security.
- Experience in hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
- Should be professional, punctual, responsible, and proactive.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
