Assistant Vice President (AVP) – SalesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through direct and channel sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching to the team.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of sales leads.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Operations for smooth sales execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
