About the Role
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executives to generate leads for residential and commercial rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting customers, conducting field visits, and explaining the benefits of solar energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field marketing and customer visits.
- Meet homeowners, businesses, apartments, and commercial establishments.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits.
- Schedule site survey appointments for the technical team.
- Maintain daily lead and customer visit reports.
- Build relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Intermediate / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Guntur and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Maps.
- Experience in field sales or marketing is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits (* Conditions Apply)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
