Role Overview We are looking for a motivated professional to help expand OCM's reach and improve access to affordable healthcare across rural and semi-urban communities.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach
- Organise health awareness campaigns. • Conduct health camps. • Promote preventive healthcare and digital consultations. • Increase awareness of OCM services.
Partnership Development
- Build partnerships with Medical Store Owners, Gram Pradhans, Sarpanchs, Anganwadi & ASHA workers, School Heads, NGOs and community leaders. • Develop district-level strategic collaborations.
Business Growth
- Increase patient consultations.Drive app downloads and registrations.
- Support onboarding of medical store partners.
- Identify growth opportunities.
Field Operations
- Coordinate camps with doctors and internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and submit reports.
- Ensure branding visibility at partner locations.
Pay: ₹11,434.36 - ₹25,161.80 per month
