About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Telesales Executive to drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales for our exhibitions and trade expos. The role involves connecting with decision-makers across various industries, generating leads, pitching exhibition opportunities, and converting prospects into exhibitors and sponsors through outbound and inbound calling activities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with business owners, marketing heads, and senior corporate decision-makers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners.
- Promote exhibition participation, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, and event-related services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify potential clients through databases, referrals, and market research.
- Explain exhibition benefits, visitor profiles, and ROI opportunities to prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and sales progress.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and exhibitor acquisition targets.
- Build long-term relationships with existing exhibitors for repeat participation.
- Handle client inquiries, objections, negotiations, and closure of sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth exhibitor onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, exhibition sales, event sales, media sales, or corporate sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive selling and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and client management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in exhibition, trade show, event, media, advertising, or conference sales.
- Prior experience selling sponsorships, booths, or B2B marketing solutions.
- Familiarity with lead generation and CRM systems.

- Number of outbound calls made daily.
