Role Overview
The Institutional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning and growth of the Educational Institute. This role requires strong operational management, business development, marketing, and sales capabilities to ensure smooth academic delivery and increased admissions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institute Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the institute.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative processes.
- Monitor class schedules and ensure courses are conducted efficiently and on time.
- Maintain quality standards in course delivery and student experience.
2. Academic Coordination
- Ensure all courses and classes are executed as per curriculum guidelines.
- Coordinate with faculty and trainers to ensure proper delivery of sessions.
- Track attendance, performance, and overall course completion.
3. Admissions & Sales Funnel Management
- Create and manage structured admission funnels for all courses.
- Develop strategies to increase inquiries and conversions.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and admissions targets.
- Work closely with the counseling/admissions team to improve conversion rates.
4. Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance institute visibility.
- Develop branding initiatives (online and offline).
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Build the institute’s reputation through outreach programs and partnerships.
5. Collaboration & Institutional Partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges and other institutes.
- Drive collaborations for student placements, seminars, workshops, and joint programs.
- Act as the primary communication point between the institute and partner colleges.
6. Business Development
- Identify growth opportunities for new courses and programs.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and student enrollment.
- Explore partnerships and expansion opportunities.
