Jr. Engineer / Sr. Engineer – QC
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced QC professional for our PEB manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards in fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, and dispatch activities as per approved drawings, codes, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection of raw materials, fabrication, welding, and painting activities
- Stage-wise quality inspection as per drawings and standards
- Dimensional inspection of fabricated structures
- Welding inspection and coordination for NDT activities
- Preparation of QC reports, NCRs, and inspection records
- Final inspection before dispatch
- Coordination with Production, Design, and Client Inspection teams
- Ensure compliance with IS / ASTM / AWS standards
Required Skills
- Knowledge of PEB fabrication and structural steel processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of welding and quality inspection tools
- Familiarity with NDT and painting inspection
- Good communication and reporting skills
Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial & Production / Mechatronics
Experience
Jr. Engineer – QC (1–4 Years)
Handle shop floor inspection and routine QC activities.
Sr. Engineer – QC (5–10 Years)
Handle complete QC activities, client inspections, and quality documentation independently.
