About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Associates (Freshers Welcome) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, be customer-focused, and have a positive attitude towards sales and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
· Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
· Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
· Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
· Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
· Update customer information and call records in the CRM/system.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
· Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Required
· Freshers can apply
· Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized university
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
· Good listening and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
· Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (not mandatory)
· Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
