Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online portals.
- Handle customer inquiries and RFQs.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with purchase and logistics teams for order execution.
- Update daily activities in CRM/ERP software.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Visit customers when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in Industrial Products Sales will be preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / MBA (Preferred)
