You will be responsible for promoting our specialized product range—including **Nurse Call Systems, Hospital Wall Guards, Bed Head Panels, and Cubicle Tracks**—to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facility managers. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and persuasive communication to build long-term relationships with healthcare administrators and project consultants. ### **Key Responsibilities** **1. Business Development & Sales** * Identify and convert leads from hospitals, nursing homes, and medical clinics. * Conduct **product demonstrations** and technical presentations to hospital owners, doctors, and purchase managers. * Manage the complete sales cycle: from initial inquiry and site measurement to price negotiation and closing the deal. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for core products like **Nurse Call Systems (NCS)** and **Wall Guards**. **2. Strategic Marketing** * Execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness of **Hospidecor Interior**. * Coordinate and represent the company at medical trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. * Assist in creating marketing collateral, including product catalogs, digital posters, and video demonstrations for social media. **3. Relationship Management** * Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Act as a bridge between the client and the technical installation team to ensure project requirements are met accurately. * Provide after-sales support and handle client feedback professionally. **4.
