Responsibilities: Store Supervisor
- Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis
- Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process
- Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life
- Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
- Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
- Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Around 1-5 years in Retail Sales
- Excellent customer handling and communication
- Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
