Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects across all phases (concept, schematic, design development, construction documentation).
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure sustainability and efficiency in design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (preferred/required depending on region).
- 1–8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
