We are looking for a Quality Analyst fresher to join our team and help with testing softwares to meet our organization’s quality standards.
Role Description :
As a Quality Analyst Fresher, you will be on training period for 06 months, after that you will work as full time employee. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products and services. you will be working closely with the development team and client, you will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the software development life cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify and remedy defects within the software development process.
- Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate client complaint regarding software issues.
Skills Required :
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of languages like C# or Java or Python will be a plus.
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Required academic qualification (Any of following):
- Bachelor of technology in Computer Science and Engineering (Btech CSE)
- Bachelor of technology in Information Technology (Btech IT)
- Master of Computer Application ( MCA)
- Master of Science in Information Technology (MSc IT)
- Any relevant studies.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
