Salary Range: 30k to 35k
Roles:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for HO and field roles (Operations, Fleet, HR, Support staff).
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, vendors, and internal references.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final selection.
• Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
• Handle joining, induction, and documentation of employees.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS data.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
• Handle exit formalities, F&F coordination, and documentation.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors/consultants for compliance-related matters.
• Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation.
4. Payroll & Coordination
• Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing and validations.
• Ensure accuracy in attendance inputs, incentives, and deductions.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
• Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Maintain a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
6. Performance Management Support
• Assist in performance tracking, appraisals, and feedback processes.
• Maintain performance records and support management in decision-making.
7. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (attrition, hiring, attendance, headcount).
• Provide regular updates to management on HR metrics.
Qualification: MBA in HR / Graduate in HR or related field
