Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for HVAC projects and unit sales.
- Meet potential customers (builders, architects, consultants, and end-users) to present OPTCOOL’s products and services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning Sales (VRF, Ductable, Split ACs, etc.).
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
