Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain products, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
Café Operations
- Prepare tables and seating areas before opening.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist in packaging takeaway and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, and barista teams for smooth operations.
- Support billing and POS operations when required.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, counters, and guest areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, and serving equipment are clean and properly arranged.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Recommend bakery products, beverages, and seasonal specials.
- Upsell products to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Build positive relationships with regular guests.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, hotel, or food service environment.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Basic English communication.
- Knowledge of POS billing systems.
- Experience in food and beverage service.
- Ability to handle multiple guests during peak hours.
Pay: ₹8,233.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month
