Job Description – Welder
Position: Welder
Location: Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality welding using MIG, TIG, ARC, or Gas welding (as required).
- Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
- Ensure strong, accurate, and defect-free welds.
- Inspect welded joints and carry out finishing work when required.
- Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment.
- Follow all safety standards and use appropriate PPE during welding operations.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet production targets.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Welder.
- Hands-on experience with welding techniques (MIG/TIG/ARC as applicable).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good knowledge of welding safety practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualification: ITI Welder or relevant certification preferred.
