Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive who can help us scale our digital presence, boost traffic and online sales, generate leads, and improve user engagement across all platforms. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in eCommerce marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute data-driven strategies to grow Shopify and WooCommerce sales and brand presence.
· Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube, improving performance using ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics through continuous A/B testing.
· Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, including keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimisation, while also applying GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) to improve rankings in AI-driven search and answer engines.
· Create and manage high-quality, lead-focused content such as blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content, ensuring alignment with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and B2B communication standards, and collaborating with design/content teams for consistent branding.
· Execute email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp and SendGrid to improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
· Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content creation, research, SEO, and campaign optimisation, while building AI-assisted workflows and using marketing automation to improve efficiency and reporting.
· Use analytics platforms (GA4, Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track KPIs, improve conversion rates through CRO and user journey optimisation, and analyse customer behaviour and funnel performance.
· Stay updated with ecommerce trends, AI marketing innovations, digital tools, and competitor activity to continuously improve strategy and performance.
Requirements:
Ø 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or Shopify/WooCommerce marketing roles.
Ø Proven track record of increasing online revenue through paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
Ø Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer behaviour, and growth metrics.
Ø Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, SendGrid/Mailchimp, Shopify/WooCommerce.
Ø Experience working with performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, and CAC.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with UK healthcare/pharmacy compliance (NHS, MHRA, GPhC regulations).
- Experience in marketing healthcare or pharmacy mobile/web apps.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
- Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and automation workflows
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
