At SaasWin, we work with fast-growing B2B SaaS companies to build, optimize, and scale their HubSpot ecosystems — and we’re looking for a HubSpot Developer who can own implementations end-to-end.
What You’ll DoL:
- Lead HubSpot implementations, audits & optimization projects
- Build scalable workflows, automations & lifecycle frameworks
- Design clean CRM architectures across Sales, Marketing & Ops Hub
- Handle integrations with Salesforce, Zapier, outbound & enrichment tools
- Work directly with founders and GTM leaders
- Translate business requirements into practical system solutions
- Improve operational efficiency through automation & AI-driven workflows
What We’re Looking For:
-4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience
-Strong understanding of HubSpot data architecture & system design
-Experience with CRM integrations, APIs & middleware tools
-Ability to independently manage client-facing projects
-Someone who balances technical best practices with real business usability
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in consulting or multi-client environments
- Exposure to AI-native sales tools
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, Zapier, SFDC
