Job Summary:
Candidate with IT/Diploma certificate in Electrical side with minimum 1 year Experience in Mall,IT industry,Hospital,Hotel or High-rise building. Electrician is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, taking readings, Check list updating, PPM and efficiency of company facilities. The role ensures a safe, functional, and well-maintained work in site
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up preventive maintenance programs for equipment and infrastructure.
- Respond to facility emergencies and implement corrective actions.
- Reporting to supervisor or Team leader in site
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
