We are looking to hire a reliable and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to manage records efficiently, and assist in maintaining smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle data entry and maintain office records
- Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets
- Manage emails, files, and office documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for operational support
- Maintain databases and update information regularly
- Assist in billing, inventory, or basic accounting work
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirement
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Prior experience in back office or administrative work is preferred
Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
