Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
Consultative Selling
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
- Guide customers through the complete sales cycle, from inquiry to closure.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide valuable market insights to customers and management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support post-sales activities when required.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and pipeline activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools is an added advantage.
