- Candidate should be able to identify profitable products and understand their market dynamics
- generate leads and convert them into customers
- negotiate (by phone, email and personal visit)and close deals
- retain customers, exchange samples coordinate with purchase and dispatch teams, recover payment form the customer
Desired Skills
- Strong expertise in lead generation and pipeline management.
- Proven ability in closing deals within B2B or B2C environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
